About 2005ish was the bronze age and shows like samurai jack and johnny bravo ended in 2004, and the mid 2000s was a time period where older shows like the powerpuff girls clashed with newer shows, like foster's home for imaginary friends which continued into the late 2000s. Sure, cartoon cartoon fridays may be gone and all our old favorites may be on another channel but i say the “dark ages” are gone. I do think it can turn around.
